Administration Tools These are the tools that you will use to control, select and operate such functions as the SiteBuilder universal banner rotation system, the Webboard, and the Guestbook.

You may search the SiteBuilder accounts in your domain by any one of the options from the drop down menu.Username
This will bring up the one specific user that has the Username you enter.
Last Name
This will bring up all users with the same last name you enter.
This will bring up one specific user that has that email address.
Over Quota
This will bring up any users that are currently over the space quota you set.Administrative Controls
This panel allows you to control various functions of the SiteBuilder websites throughout your domain. These functions include such things as space allotment, various permissions, and options.Free Web Pages Active?
This function determines whether new Free Web Page accounts can be setup. If set to ON, the Registration form will be available. If set to OFF, access to the Registration form will not be available.
Notice of Free Web Page Setup?
If selected, an email notice will automatically be sent to you whenever a new Free Web Page Account is setup.
Space Allowed Per Account
This determines the space allowance for each account. Space is automatically measured in kilobytes. Enter numbers only.
Allow CGI Scripts
Select Yes or No. Yes will allow CGI scripts to be used, No will prevent their use. This will determine the default permission for new accounts.
Allow Full Binary Set
Select Yes or No. This will determine the default permission for new accounts. Select the link in this section to add or remove extensions from the list.
Enable SiteBuilder Demo Feature?
This determines whether or not the SiteBuilder Demo will be available to your users.
Email Address
This is the address to which automatic email notices of new accounts will be sent if you selected that option above. Enter your email address carefully. If you make a mistake, the email will not reach you.
Your Domain Email Server Name
Enter your domain smtp server name. This might be in the format of mydomain.com or mail.mydomain.com Type this carefully and be sure there are no typos.Webboard Admin Page Options

After making any changes be sure to save them by clicking on the Save Admin Changes button.
The Update buttons are an advanced feature which allows SiteBuilder to recognize account
files that were not uploaded or created through the SiteBuilder interface. For example, any files that are uploaded or removed via ftp or telnet.Update Exterior Files
This button will scan the files in your account and add any existing files to the SiteBuilder database that are not currently in the SiteBuilder database.
Update Interior Files
This button will check the files currently in the SiteBuilder database against the actual files in your account. If file records are found in the database which no longer exist in your account, those records will be removed from the SiteBuilder database.
Banner Administration The Banner Administration tools allow you to set and control rotating banners that will appear on the web pages throughout your domain. These may be advertisements, announcements, information bulletins, one group of each or anything else you want. The types of banners you use and where you assign them is up to you.

This is where you will enter the Advertiser information. This may be a client who is paying for ad space, or a public announcement you wish to make. Whatever the case, this information allows you to keep track of the source of each banner.
Assign Newly Uploaded Banner to Advertiser
The banner itself will need to be created beforehand, and saved as a .gif or .jpg image file. Then upload the banner file into the folder named Banner in your root, or home directory. When you select the option to Assign Newly Uploaded Banner to Advertiser, A listing of Advertisers will be displayed opposite a listing of banner images contained in the Banner directory. Simply match the Advertiser to the appropriate banner file.
Assign URL To Banners
This is the URL that a visitor will be taken to when clicking on the banner. Do not enter the http:// but be sure to type the URL carefully. If you make an error the link will not work.Banner Set Management
You may wish to set up several categorical Banner Sets. For example, you may wish to have one set named Information for informational banners, one set named Announcements, and so on. This set of options allows you to manage many banners more efficiently.Create New Banner SetAssign Banner Set to Account
Enter a name or title for your new Banner Set
Assign Banners to Existing Banner Set
A listing of your current banners will appear opposite a listing of your existing Banner Sets. Simply match the banner to the set you wish to use.
Remove Banner Set
Use this option to delete a banner set. Deletions are permanent and cannot be reversed or undone.
Remove Banner From Existing Banner Set
Use this option to delete a banner from a Banner Set. Remember, deletions are permanent and cannot be reversed or undone.
All of the accounts in your domain will be listed here on a drop-down menu. You must designate a Banner Set to an Account in order for the Banner Set to be displayed on the .shtml pages of an account. You will also select the position for the banners to be displayed on the web pages. The banner will not obscure the web pages. It will be displayed either above or below the actual page.
View Page-Banner Stats
Use this tool to get an accurate accounting of the click-throughs for a specific banner.
