All services may be used for lawful purposes only. Through 2unet.com's service, you may have access to chat areas, bulletin boards, web pages, email, or other services that enable you to send or post materials ("content") and make that content available to others. You must not submit, publish, or display on the network any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, infringing, or threatening content. In addition, you may not submit, publish, or display any content that violates any US Federal, State, or Local Law. You are solely responsible for the content you make accessible through the our network. You may not use the service to assist any other person or entity to violate any Federal, State, or Local Laws, Ordinances, or Regulations.

2unet.com is not obligated to monitor the network to examine available content. You hereby acknowledge that if we are made aware of content that is determined to be, in its sole discretion, unacceptable, undesirable, offensive, indecent, obscene, excessively violent, or otherwise objectionable, 2unet.com has the right, but not the obligation, to edit, remove, or deny access to such content. 2unet.com may disclose any content or records concerning a customer's account as required to satisfy any Law, Regulation, Governmental Request, or Court Order.

Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on all 2unet.com servers. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, display nudity, or link to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to 2unet.com's servers or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited. In addition, any site selling or promoting bulk email service is not allowed. Below are some examples of non-acceptable content or links:
Adult Sites - Any erotic or pornographic material, links to adult sites, or advertisements for adult sites.
Pirated Software (Warez) - Any software that is copyrighted and not freely available for distribution without cost: i.e. ROMs, ROM Emulators, and MPEG Layer 3 files (MP3s).
Copyright Violations - Violation of copyrights held by individuals and corporations or other entities can result in civil and criminal liability for the infringer.
Hacking/Phreaking - Includes sites with material, links, or resources for hacking, phreaking, viruses, anarchy, or any type of site that promotes or participates in willful harm to internet sites or providers.

Site owner will be responsible in monitoring his/her own traffic via traffic wusage at http://www.yourdomain.com/wusage or http://www.yourdomain.com/webalizer. We will also try to let you know in advance if your site have potential of exceeding your traffic limit. However, it is still the site owner responsibility to monitor the traffic. Any overage fee will be applied to any account that have gone over the limit regardless of any warning from us.

Each 2unet.com account comes fully equipped with its own pre-configured CGI-Bin. Customers are free to use any CGI-Scripts provided with their account or add any additional ones they require. Any CGI-Scripts deemed to be adversely affecting the server performance or the network integrity may be shut down without prior notice. CGI-Script sharing with domains not hosted by 2unet.com is not allowed.

2unet.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel service. Violation of any of 2unet.com's rules and regulations could result in a warning, suspension, or possible account termination. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.

2uNet.com will  host any domain from any foreign registry however the user is responsible for the registration of any name not a .com, .org, .net, or .edu domain.  An .edu domain is for accredited, degree granting educational institutions.   

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold 2uNet.com (Silver Palace International LLC.) harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against 2uNet.com (Silver Palace International LLC.), its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it's agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless 2uNet.com (Silver Palace International LLC.) against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with 2uNet.com (Silver Palace International LLC.) server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party and (3) copyright infringement.

 
2unet.com (Silver Palace International LLC.) will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. 2unet.com (Silver Palace International LLC.) makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, for services we provide. 2unet.com (Silver Palace International LLC.) disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by 2unet.com (Silver Palace International LLC.) and its employees. 2unet.com (Silver Palace International LLC.) reserves the right to amend or update these policies without notice. Failure to follow any terms and conditions may result in account deactivation.

2unet.com (Silver Palace International LLC.) furthermore expects that its customers who provide Internet services to others will fully comply with all applicable laws concerning the privacy of online communications. A customer's failure to comply with those laws will violate this policy. Finally, 2unet.com (Silver Palace International LLC.)wishes to emphasize that in accepting services, customers indemnify 2unet.com (Silver Palace International LLC.) for the violation of any law or 2unet.com (Silver Palace International LLC.) policy that results in loss to 2unet.com or the bringing of any claim against 2unet.com(Silver Palace International LLC.). This means that if 2unet.com is sued because of activities of the customer that violate any law, or this policy, the customer will pay any damages awarded against 2unet.com (Silver Palace International LLC.) , plus costs and reasonable attorneys' fees.

Our hosting plans include a 30 day money back guarantee.  If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation of your account.  

Our refund policy DOES NOT apply to any additional items or services; this includes but is not limited to domain registration fee, POP accounts, Real Audio/Video, Java Chat, E-commerce services from 3rd party vendors, or anything else we provide for an additional fee above and beyond the basic hosting costs.  

 Upon your first invoice you will be provided with information and instructions on how to pay and how to setup automatic deductions.  All hosting fees are invoiced monthly (or upon your renewal date) and payable in advance. We will automatically charge your credit card on the due date unless you have contacted account@2unet.com to make payment arrangements before the due date.

A $10.00 late fee will be assessed if 

1. we do not receive your payment by your due date. 
This is applied to those who pay via post mail.

2. we do not receive your payment 5 days after 
the first payment problem notice has been sent to you.

Five days past due could result in
deactivation of your site.

Ten days past due results in account
deletion.

You will be notified via email if your account is past due however we are not obligated to this.  It is the customer's responsibility to ensure timely payments are made.  If you change email addresses you must inform billing.  If your account has been deleted due to non-payment, you are still responsible to pay for the unpaid outstanding balance.

For customers who have purchased semi-annual or annual plan and wish to cancel their account before the end of their plan, 2uNet.com will refund the balance (this does not include setup fee, overage charges as described in the above paragraph, and additional item charges) of your account. However, 2uNet.com will charge based on the full monthly rate for services rendered. 

2uNet.com does not refund for less than a 30 day period so if you choose to cancel, the next monthly anniversary date will be considered your cancellation date.  

2uNet.com requires any site cancellation to be informed in written notice before the due date. No refund will be issued for any cancellation after the due date, i.e. you will be responsible for charges for the period once the period has begun. Any cancellation notice must be confirmed by 2uNet (i.e. you must receive cancellation confirmation from 2uNet via email).

Moving your domain(s) to other server does not mean you are canceling your site with 2uNet.com. 2uNet.com still reserve the right to charge you for your service until you actually cancel your site. All cancellation will not be completed if you do not receive a confirmation from 2uNet.com. Please be sure to check if you have received any cancellation confirmation from 2uNet.com after you sent your cancellation via e-mail, post mail or fax.
