 Merchant Account Rates and Fees


We currently process through three different financial institutions. Rates and fees are directly related to which bank we process you through, which in turn is directly related to individual circumstances for each merchant.  Typically some of the circumstances that will lead to higher fees are “low average ticket sizes”, “high risk business type”, “poor credit history, ie bankrupcy, federal tax lien, etc. Below are low and high estimates as to the rates we can offer.


 Discount Rates:  
 Retail (card swiped)  1.70% to 2.01%
 MOTO (key Entered)   2.35% to 2.50%
 Internet  2.35% to 2.50%


             
 Transaction Fees:  
 Retail (card swiped)  $0.20 to $0.35
 MOTO (key Entered)  $0.20 to $0.45
 Internet  $0.20 to $0.55


 Other Fees:  
 Monthly Statement Fee  $10.00 to $20.00
 Monthly Minimum  $5.00 to $25.00
 Chargeback Fees  $15.00 to $25.00




There are no batch header fees or any other type of “hidden” costs with our merchant accounts. Discount rates will only be raised in the case of the national interchange being increased. These rates do reflect the interchange increase taking place on April 1, 1999.
